An extensive refurbishment and extension of this 1960s family home in Stockport. This project will bring new life into this already well proportioned home. Subtle contemporary flourishes have been added to the design whilst retaining a traditional pitched roof, brick façade appearance. Soldier course brickwork to window openings, steel rainwater goods and sharp recessed mortar joints add modern touches to the design, whilst the proposals for the garden tie through in their materiality, enhancing the connection from inside to out. Internally, some striking new spaces will be delivered, including a generous master suite with vaulted ceiling and walk-in wardrobe.
